Abject Object (2009-2011)
The Downtown Women's Center is a non-profit that provides housing and resources for homeless women in Los Angeles. The non-profit partnered with COMMONgood to realize their vision of a social enterprise that would provide a means to skills, income, and a creative outlet for Center users. We developed products and workshops to create the products and hope ultimately to scale up the program to be implemented in other cities.
